137 pillars in Chiang Mai is hands down one of the most spectacular hotels and experiences one could imagine. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and top tier. The service is completely out of this world. From Toto being the absolute best and great with communication and accommodations, to the front desk staff, restaurant workers, managers, food, cleaning staff - I can’t say enough amazing things about them all—they go above and beyond! This is truly a hotel you want to stay and not leave! I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Wow, what an incredible place. As soon as you step foot inside the grounds of this property, you feel totally relaxed. It is a stunning, peaceful oasis, but close enough to be able to walk to downtown Chiang Mai. We loved our beautiful rooms and had amazing sleep, and especially loved the large balcony. We had a connecting room via balcony with our kids, and we all said this was the most restful sleep we had on our whole trip! The breakfast was wonderful, and we really loved the pool, too! We wished we could have stayed longer than just two nights, but we'll never forget the piano music drifting through the air in the evenings and the quiet mornings looking out over the grounds from our balcony with coffee. Their staff go above and beyond and organized everything for us so that we could truly just let go and experience our vacation, it was seamless!

The staff at this place and the attentiveness is the best part. They helped us plan all of our excursions, gave us great recommendations on places to go, things to eat and restaurants to visit. This was a gem of a place and I would recommend it over and over again. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and just lovely. We also stayed at the 137 Pillar in Bangkok and that was also an incredible stay. Once again the rooms were fantastic! Huge suite, two bathrooms, extraordinary amenities. But most of all, the staff was amazing. Special credit to Ron, who was absolutely incredible and made our stay extra special. Thank you!!!

From start to finish, 137 Pillars delivered unparalleled service and hospitality. We were greeted by friendly staff and driver at the airport. We received cool towels and welcome drink on arrival. The rooms and grounds are absolutely stunning, with historic notes throughout, including the original main building supported by 137 pillars. Anne, the general manager, was so kind, always stopping to check in and say hello. The food is incredible. The staff was amazing at helping us secure tours and local transportation. The location is off the main streets, so it is quiet and feels secluded, but close enough to walk right into the best markets and shopping. 137 Pillars delivers an exceptional experience and has our highest recommendation.

Great venue that makes you feel like you're in a movie! The architecture and property are on point. All the staff are extremely polite and hospitable. The GM herself welcomed us and shared a bit about the venue's history. I totally recommend this property to have an amazing stay in Chiang Mai!
