Everything was perfect the Impeccable attention to detail. I love the rooms the rooms are comfortable and beautifully done. The service is fantastic every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

I can't think of anything I did not like about the resort.

Pillars went above and beyond during our stay... every request was accommodated (late checkout, food requests, expedited laundry, etc), and as an interior designer- I especially appreciated the attention to detail and carefully curated spaces. I would love to return here again and can't say enough kind things about the staff and intentions of this lovely hotel. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

最後一天早上被熱醒，後來發現是停電，問了前臺後說是車禍撞到電線桿，但是這麼好的酒店居然沒有後備電源，投訴後打開了後備照明，另外今天洗手間水龍頭居然是黃色的水，有點失望
