"First night a nightmare, second night ok"

I am an frequent customer

The air conditioning did not work and we could not be moved until the second night. We really should have a goodwill gesture for the first night of hot, stuffy air and no sleep.

I was disappointed with my stay. For a 4-star hotel, I expected at least a complimentary bottle of water. The room was not as advertised in the photos and was so small that I couldn't properly open my suitcase. Reception explained that the photos were outdated because new furniture had been added, reducing the available space. The Wi-Fi in the room was also unreliable, and I often had to go to the reception area to get it working properly. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations.

"Comfortable and ideal location."

Location and availability. Staff were very helpful and the room was clean and tidy.

This may seem rather trite but more fresh fruit at breakfast would have been acceptable
