"Ruined visit"

It was near to facilities

They took payment before visit i didnt realise as they blocked it on my card no idea why they didnt just take it instead i was really embarassed at reception luckily my son came to the rescue but i was Not impressed it was humiliating and spoiled my stay completely this has NEVER happened with booking.com before

"First night a nightmare, second night ok"

I am an frequent customer

The air conditioning did not work and we could not be moved until the second night. We really should have a goodwill gesture for the first night of hot, stuffy air and no sleep.
