Overall, I had a decent stay at the hotel, with both positives and a few areas for improvement. The breakfast was good, offering a typical English breakfast. However, adding a few more options would make it even better. The hotel also requires a refundable £30 deposit at check-in, which is worth noting for future guests. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and supermarkets, including a Coop supermarket, and has convenient public transport connections with direct access to Heathrow Airport. Overall, despite the initial air conditioning issue and the housekeeping oversight, the responsive manager and excellent location made the stay reasonably satisfactory.

On the first day, the air conditioning in my room on the 10th floor was not working. Since this happened during the peak of the UK heatwave, it made sleeping at night very uncomfortable. I appreciate that the manager responded promptly and offered to move me to a better room on the 4th floor after I declined the temporary solution of having an additional table placed in the room. Another issue was that the body shower gel was empty. Although I requested that it be refilled, it was never replenished during my stay, so I had to use the liquid hand wash from the wash basin instead. This was disappointing and suggests that housekeeping could be more attentive to guest requests.

Helpful staff!! Our air con was broken when it was over 30° - the staff provided us with many fans as there was no other room available and were very help full! The breakfast staff were also very kind and happy!

There was one man on the desk that was a little rude but the other staff were wonderful!
