"Poor experience at the Novotel Visakhapatnam"

I have been a frequent visitor to this property over the past five years, and my experiences have consistently been positive. However, over the last couple of months, I have noticed a significant decline in the responsiveness and overall service levels. In particular, my interactions with the Front Office Manager, Mr. Akash, have not been very pleasant on multiple occasions. This has been quite disappointing, especially given the standard of service I have come to expect from your property. As a regular guest and an Accor Platinum member, receiving such responses is concerning and does not align with the level of hospitality typically associated with your brand. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that the service standards can be restored to what they have always been.
