I really liked the customer service here at Novotel. We paid for an ocean‐view room which was simply lovely and the view was even better than we expected. We had breakfast for 3 days and it was scrumptious. I liked that Novotel was very close to R.K Beach and that the beach was visible from almost everywhere. The Infinity Pool was an amazing touch to the lovely ambience and was like the icing on the cake. Overall, this trip was made better by Novotel.

It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay, offering a stunning view of the sea that made the experience even more memorable. A special thanks to Ms. Kavya and Ms. Ashmitha for their warm and gracious hospitality. I’d also like to extend my appreciation to Ms. Mercylien and Mr. William for their attentive service throughout the stay.
