I stayed at room no. 124 . Everything fine except bath water. Bit oily. We can’t even remove soap foam.. felt bit uncomfortable

This property is centrally located just in front of the beach of the bay of Bengal...My friend Dr Raja reddy, an American citizen of indian origin and a critical care cancer specialist in Houston stayed with me in suit no 626 for exactly 14 days from 5/4/26 to 15/4/26...Mr Nitin, director rooms division gave the best price for room tariff, besides arranging high speed internet... The hotel front office staff, under the guidance of Mr Rohit, manager, front office welcomed the special guest with his staff Ashmita and Gautami ( guest relation ) with traditional tilak and shawl and i was overwhelmed by the special treatment, to the high profile doctor, usually given to VVIPS... The suit was very neat and clean and had an ocean view... Every day, the bed linen was changed and the toilets were dry and nice... Now coming to the food point of view, Budha lama, chief Chef brings a rare blend of culinary artistry and strategic leadership. His philosophy of using food as a medium for storytelling and guest connection, creating dining experiences that are both memorable and emotionally engaging. His approach is rooted in creating immersive, emotionally engaging dining experiences. Mr. Umesh, the manager has taken full care of my guests in dine requirements... Last but not least, Mr. Rama raj, bell captain and Mr Aadi were assisting our itinerary all THOSE days... Mr Rama raj showed utmost respect and did yo men service although... My friend requested me to treat his wife and children on their indian tour next month... Location is good and so is the view but basic service like wi fi doesn’t work . After delay it was fixed but my work suffered

Booking and checking experience is good. Thanks to Ms Dolly and team. The room is Ok This property is known for good quality and taste of their food. But there is lot of difference to initial days. Now we have to ask every serving to replace and we are getting better item in that replacement. After sometime I came to know that they can prepare good food. But they don’t bother to provide unless we demand. Pl don’t expect for a dip in swimming pool. Because the management has sold the entire pool for summer camp. ( Not for the hotel guests ) sounds funny. But it is true. From 4pm to 7pm lot of ……… in the pool. They are spitting, jumping and playing. The pool guard said there is only one pool and there are already more than 20 MEMBERS for that camp since 15 days and room guests have to adjust in the same. Overall it is a bad experience being a Accor member.
