The location is excellent, room was beautiful (facing the beach) and very comfortable. The check in and check out were quick. The hotel has a lovely view from the top floor, a beautiful pool and an excellent gym with a very good view. The coffee shop and restaurant on the ground floor (Square, I think) is a bit too crowded, although it has several food options (had nonseasonal vegetable for either lunch or dinner though). Also, the beer in the restaurant was a little warm and the waiters, although very efficient, were overworked. There were at least 2 other restaurants and a bar in the hotel, but I didn’t get a chance to try them. There was a problem with wifi on the second day of my stay so that made life difficult

Location and sea facing rooms

Ocean view and central location at RK beach. Breakfast ar we a overseeing the beach. Walkable to RK beach. Friendly staff. Great breakfast

Rooms are dated, needs renovation. I was in room 418. Bathroom walls aren't that clean due to presence of mold kind of appearance. Rest of the bathroom is just minimum clean due to the fact that they need renovation and only so much of cleaning can be done to the old walls and fixtures and caulking.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, attentive staff, a pool, and excellent facilities. There is a gym, but I didn't use it (who cares about fitness on a day out with kids?). Overall, it was a great experience. If you are looking to visit Vizag with family, you should stop your search here. I particularly loved the fact that the hotel was designed around providing a nice beach view. Choose the "Ocean View", you'll love it.

Room was superb and overall things were fine. But nothing for Kids apart from pool there is no other activity for Kids. Internet is also very slow. Wifi does not work in some place with in the property only that need to be corrected.

Internet which is more Important for people who like to come for family vacation along with Work. Now a days Wifi has became a part of human routine.
