I was complimentary upgraded to a room as a Gold Elite Bonvoy member, which was a wonderful start to my stay. The property is great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Although I didn’t have a chance to use the amenities such as the swimming pool, everything looked well maintained. Samuel handled my check-in, explained everything clearly, and even provided a holiday postcard for Christmas—such a nice and thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would be happy to return.
