I liked the bed, the room was clean.

I’m very disappointed with the staff. I booked a room and so did my friend (another room) and I wanted to have another friend come over to my room (during visiting hours, which is a thing there BTW) and the staff refused him to come to my room, even though I called down to say he was my friend to come get me. But they said no, and demanded an id which he didn’t have, most people just use their phones to pay nowadays. And it was super uncomfortable and rude how they handled this. I felt so bad for my friend who felt personally attacked. And then to hear that my other friend who was staying there too, did not have the same issues with his friend coming over made me even more upset! Felt very inconsistent and disappointing. I don’t think it was clear enough that you simply couldn’t have anyone visit you in your room during the day before I booked this. And then it was just so uncomfortable for me with the staff after this, I have never in my life had anything like this happen! If this had been handled better or with more grace then it would have been only a little inconvenience. But it turned into something humiliating and it ruined the stay.
