The location of the hotel is perfect, it is in a walking distance of every major city atraction, the city centre is close, the beach, the TRAM network, the railway station.The staff is very helpfull.The breakfast was also very good

Everything was lovely except for the fact the room wasn’t as good at blocking sound. In my room you could hear doors closing and people walking by in the night.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel and would happily give it a 10/10. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping came every day to clean the room and remove the trash. Everything was well maintained throughout my stay. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. One morning, I was even offered a complimentary coffee, which was a very nice gesture. I booked a budget double room but was pleasantly surprised to receive a much larger room. I noticed that it was adapted for guests with disabilities and initially considered requesting a different room. The staff were extremely understanding and willing to help immediately. In the end, I decided to keep the room because of its generous size, which I really appreciated. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. It is very close to Luceros, the main transport hub for the tram network, making it incredibly easy to explore the Costa Blanca. During my stay, I visited Benidorm, Altea, and Villajoyosa, and having the tram station nearby was extremely convenient. Postiguet Beach is about a 15-minute walk away. Personally, I preferred San Juan Beach, which can be reached by tram in around 20 minutes. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the city centre and the Esplanade, making it perfect for sightseeing, dining, and enjoying Alicante. This is an ideal location for travellers who want to explore Alicante and the surrounding areas rather than spend all day, every day, on the beach. If your goal is to discover the city, visit nearby towns, and enjoy convenient public transport connections, this hotel is an excellent choice. I have absolutely nothing to complain about and would gladly stay here again.

L horel est sympa et le personnel tres gentil et agreable

La Chambre minuscule .j ai du mettre les valises sous le lit pour pouvoir bouger. Pas de rangement .dommage .
