The whole experience was awesome great location and food and hospitality

Me gustó TODO' las habitaciones, las zonas comunes, la limpieza, los detalles que tienen con los huéspedes..... Es una maravilla!!!! Sin duda repetiremos.

La pequeña pega que le puedo poner es los patos bañándose en la piscina.

Mooie tropische plek, helemaal verstopt! De kamer was ruim en schoon, ontbijt redelijk (wel verse jus en lekker fruit).

Wel wat afgelegen, zo’n 10-15 lopen naar het centrum. Niet echt lekkere bakkertjes bijvoorbeeld in de buurt.

The accommodation was very quaint. Situated in lush gardens, rooms with balconies, heated pool, spa treatments, Marta provided an excellent massage. Could not ask for more. The Casa Vela is at least a 15 minute walk to the town centre, so to go to restaurants you will need to allow for the travel time. Breakfast was excellent, fresh food

It’s a very beautiful hotel, especially the gardens.

Room had cockroaches. The hotel offered another smaller room but it would have been too small for our party. They had the room bug sprayed, but it meant we didn’t have access to our room for half a day. Also there was a water outage that was planned so they knew about it. But the hotel didn’t make any contingencies- eg providing water to the rooms for drinking etc. they said there would be a water tank that would mean we could flush toilets etc, but that didn’t work so we couldn’t even flush the toilet.
