very nice spot and staff

room could have been a bit "cosier " for our taste and we didnt like the beakfast coffee at all

The room. We paid for a Superior room and got a balcony turned to the road. Definitely not what we expected when paid for the better room, with the usual noise unpleasantness.

Faltava uma lâmpada no quarto e não houve ninguém para a substituir.

The place is nice but I feel the pictures show a much nicer place than reality... So our expectations were not met.

The "ice Bath" was really dirty and the "heated" pool was cold.

We loved this hotel, the beautiful garden and the whole atmosphere, not to forget the very goof breakfast with fresh orange juice.

Beautiful setting and decor. Lovely gardens, felt like we had a pocket haven. Great staff who were very helpful, they gave us some great restaurant recommendations and assisted a lot during our stay. Cascais is a beautiful part of Portugal and definitely must be visited!

Our bedroom was next to the cleaning hut and it was a bit loud at times but not too bad.
