O Hotel é muito bonito e confortável

Com excepção do pessoal da recepção o resto do pessoal que encontrei foram mal educados no sentido de passarem por mim e não cumprimentarem ou pelo menos darem um sorriso. Sobre tudo o pessoal da cozinha, tive a sensação de não ser bem vinda na hora do pequeno almoço porque todas as pessoas que lá estavam não se dignaram nem de olhar para mim. E também eles faziam tanto barulho que pertubaram o nosso sono porque penso que o quarto em ficámos estava muito próximo a cozinha.

"A beautiful oasis of calm"

Casa Vela is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The gardens are absolutely beautiful & there are so many lovely little nooks and crannies to sit and enjoy the peace & quiet. The swimming pools are fantastic and weren't at all busy when we stayed. Our room was gorgeous, with a lovely balcony with sun loungers as well as chairs & table. We had a little kitchenette which was very well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean. And Netflix on the TV! Not far at all to walk into the centre of town where you'll find plenty of restaurants. Very easy to catch the train into Lisbon as well. I'd go back in a heart beat.

Fantastisk morgenmad - super hyggelig hotel med en skøn atmosfære, så dejlig have og swimmingpool, og selv om det var varmt, så var en tur i saunaen også skønt. Vi boede på et værelse med en dejlig terrasse med udkig over poolen og den smukke gamle have - nød det meget. Personalet utrolig søde og hjælpsomme. Meget rent og fint og dejligt hotel - roligt og stille og alligevel med en fin og nem afstand til strand og by. Kommer helt sikkert igen.

"Great country house feel in a great location"

Room and surrounding garden are amazing. Very relaxing. Easy to walk into town.

Better pillows, compared to the rest of the room Working warm pool - wasnt working during our stay, which it should have given the cooler temperature
