Bel environnement dans cet ancien monastère. Petite piscine bien agréable pour se décontracter mais un regret il n'y a que 2 transats !!!!!!

Plus de transat ou de fauteuils. Sinon tout est OK

O alojamento tem um potencial imenso, um local mágico, no entanto a manutenção está descuidada. A piscina não estava limpa, no quarto faltava a grelha no ar condicionado, o teto estava a cair e a torneira da casa de banho pingava. Se investissem no cuidado do espaço seria um espaço magnífico.

siamo stati li una sola notte, c'eracavamo unposto a metà strana tra il camminito del rey e siviglia, abbiamo avuto problemi in fase di check in ma il personale è stato gentilissimo e al telefono ci ha fornito tutte le istruzioni per entrare nella stanza nonostante la tarda ora. inoltre le camere e la piscina erano fantastiche

Loved the building. The pool area was really pretty and the view over the town was gorgeous.

Online check in was a nightmare. I tried to no avail on 2 iPhones and an iPad for well over an hour. I emailed the hotel but they did not respond and as you need access codes to enter it was a little worrying. The morning of our arrival I called the hotel and was told that all was well and that my documents were fine and the codes would be sent shortly. Which they were. However this could prove to be very problematic if you do not speak Spanish as the lovely woman I spoke to did not speak English. Also although the pool area is lovely it is lacking loungers. Only 2 is not really sufficient and it’s a crying shame that the bar/restaurant is not staffed for drinks etc. I have been told that from January it will be permanently staffed which would be great.

No es de recibo que a las seis de la tarde no haya nadie en la recepción y que puerta del establecimiento esté v cerrada. Tampoco tiene parking
