Excellent location situated in a nice part of the Playa de Palma beachfront. The beach goes all the way from Palma City to S'Arenal. This hotel is very much in the nicer part of the whole stretch with access to the beach only 200m away. The staff in the restaurant were superb and hardworking as were all the cleaning staff and service staff throughout the hotel. The food was very good (we had paid for half-board). There are two pools in operation, one quieter and shaded. Both excellent. The hotel also offers the ability to shower and change on the day of departure if your flight is later in the day/evening, which was useful.

The reception staff were of a different personality to the rest of the staff in the hotel. We checked in at 9:15 pm, which meant that we missed the dinner that we had paid for on the first night. The check-in staff promised that some food would be brought to our room. At 10:30 pm, no food had arrived, and when we asked reception, their response was a shrug and "oh, it must have been sent to the wrong room, or else they forgot to do it". No refund was offered for our missed dinner, nor was there any suggestion as to where we could go in the neighbourhood to get fed. We had also booked a room with a Pool view, but instead we only had a large tree blocking our entire view from the balcony. The room that we booked should not be allowed to be listed on booking.com as a pool view (see photo). The beds were also a huge disappointment. Thin mattresses where the springs would dig into you and metal frames - they looked like they were some sort of hospital bed with wheels and height adjustments. Simply not good enough for a hotel that charges what it does.

Det luktade illa i lägenheten, kloak och unken luft som nog påverkade helhetsintrycket. Behöver absolut åtgärdas för att boendet ska kunna hållas på så hög nivå som nu.
