The kitchen staff were always smiling and the food was good. A good option when you have a small child. And the view was nice.

The fact that they didn’t clean the room for 4 days because they never got to us until 1 when we’re putting the kid to sleep. They saw that we are doing this daily and they decided to skip entirely our room. Nobody came after 3 when we were off to the beach again. Less work to do for them. In 1 week we didn’t had a sheet change… Poor service for a 4 star hotel. Also we repeatedly asked the staff that we need a late check out because we had a late flight and we needed to put the baby to sleep. They were always telling to come a day before departure and guess what a day before departure no availability even though I had checked on booking and rooms were available. They repeated the same sentence, hotel fully booked. I believe is something learned by hand to just make it like you’ve tried but oh, look the hotel is full. The check in is at 15:00, if they wanted to help they would have made it possible. This is what makes the difference between a hotel that I would love to come back to and one were definitely not.

Voortreffelijk ontbijtbuffet, goede faciliteiten (zwembaden, kinderanimatie, kinderdisco, avondanimatie)

Het avondeten: heel summier in vergelijking met het ontbijt. Er werd een Mexicaanse avond aangekondigd in het restaurant maar die bleek onverwachts geannuleerd zonder uitleg.
