Dass auf Booking.com in der Beschreibung geschrieben wird, dass Frühstück mit inbegriffen ist, aber man es dann doch vor Ort extra zahlen muss. Wir hatten sogar unten nochmal nachgefragt und es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit das irgendwie vor zu buchen.

A complete rip-off for the money you pay and what you get. We were travelling with two small children and were given a room right next to the reception, overlooking the pool, with absolutely no privacy. The room was run-down, the kitchen cabinets were falling apart, and the floor in both the room and on the balcony was dirty and full of fine sand. We couldn’t use the kettle because it would trip the fuse no matter which socket we plugged it into. Worst of all were the beds, which looked and felt like temporary extra beds. Sleeping there was a nightmare — every time we moved, the squeaking was so loud that it woke both us and our baby. We were supposed to stay for three nights, but we left immediately after the first night. Of course, the hotel refused to refund us. To be fair, the next morning the reception staff offered to move us to a room on the second floor, but they told us that all the beds in the hotel were the same, so we didn’t want to risk another sleepless night. The hotel is located on a busy street, so it is very noisy. We didn’t even use the pools, but the area around them looked quite dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, if you want to have a pleasant holiday, avoid this hotel at all costs. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel.
