Royal Palm South Beach Miami, a Tribute Portfolio Resort

Brian, Kay, and Malaou gave exceptional service and good vibes highly recommend this spot. They accomodated us to our extra guest. In this heat you wanna be comfortable and relaxed and they definitely gave the vibes at no charge. The attendance on the beach for service is top tier.

Great property and location

Located within walking distance of beach, great restaurants, shopping, etc

Hotel and staff was great so was the location. Only issue We really had was the coach in the living room mates was very uncomfortable.

OK, Miami Beach is always going to be expensive but this hotel, given its overall condition was seriously overpriced. We were informed at check-in that the hotel would soon be closed for renovation, but not before. Hotel generally was in a poor condition and the only saving grace its location. Check-in was a very good experience as was check-out (apart from the overcharge) but the Valet parking was ridiculously expensive

Older facilities maintained well.

The beds were horrible to sleep.on sunken in..room was so tiny for three people .

We stayed like five nights and one of those started with no towels. Housekeeping took all our towels and did not replace them. We called early in the morning and was told they’d send them right up. After waiting half an hour, I went to the front desk to ask for towels. Front desk said they’d be right up. They were not. It was a morning we were on a tight schedule. After another half an hour my husband and I was forced to share a hand towel. I have very long hair, almost immediately after both of us actually showered and got dressed the towels arrived. Definitely not a highlight of our trip.
