it so hard to communicate with Customer Service Rep because they have difficulty in speaking in english

In front of the airport so convenient But old-fashioned and obsolescent compared to hotels in Macao Continental breakfast quite bad Only for mainland chinese (who are very noisy in the hotel!)

will be back again,,good location ,,we can check in early

Hotel is SOLELY for Asians. English hardly spoken by anyone. Hotel.com advertises 2 pools, none in service. Hotel.com advertises 2 x separate restaurants ( 1 for Europeans, 1 for Asians)Not true, only 1 ( Asian) available.Carpets in room (s) stained baldly, manager showed me 3 rooms ( hoping to change) ALL in same condition. Bar ONLY served beer. Executive floor lounge shut. 1 x English TV station. They say it is a 4 star, Sorry, would JUST rate it a 1 plus.Stayed there for 3 nights ( 4 days) asked for manager every day, funny he was NOT around / available

For first time business visitors who need to stay at Macau for a very short duration, this can be the ideal hotel to choose as it is just opposite to the airport. There are free bus services to take anyone to famous casinos and resorts from the airport. The free bus services stop only at night. The hotel has clean rooms, the view of the airport looks good. The WiFi strength is not good in some areas. The breakfast is ok. Most of the front desk staffs can communicate in English.

hotel is just across the airport. from the arrivals area, just take the escalator going up a floor, go out the airport and cross the street you'll be greeted by the staff in Chinese but they can understand and speak a little English. main lobby and reception is on the 9th floor. rooms is neat and clean, decent size but since the hallways are a bit small, oftentimes you can hear what the people passing by are talking about borrowing adaptors required a deposit of 30 dollars each, but was refunded anyway so it was okay convenient if you want to go to hong kong via taipa ferry terminal since the latter is just 15 mins away on foot. though you have to ask someone for directions as there were really no directional signs since the hotel didn't have a shuttle bus to taipa ferry terminal, we wanted to take a cab, so that we won't have a hard time walking with our luggage, but taxis there won't give you a ride if you're just going to taipa ferry terminal so just walk overall, the hotel was okay if you will mostly visit places in Taipa area

we booked 2 room for a night over the Chinese new year period both of the room carpet are full of stain and smell of smoked when is supposed to be no smoking room, also the bed sheet are rip have hole on it. the breakfast are very basic too not worth the money at all.

All was fine. Arrived late and departed early, did not stay long - not much to say. Nothing to complain about.
