There were spots on the table, and the around the sink surrounds. There was also some dark grey colored deposit inside the kettle. Isolated location, but at least there's a convenient store inside the airport... but the store closes at 10.30 pm.

Easy travel to Taipa Village and Macau via the casino hotel shuttle buses at the airport. The hotel only provides a service shuttle to Presidente Hotel in Macau. Disappointment that there are no shuttles to Macau Ferry or Taipa Old Ferry Terminal. I had a very early morning departure to Hong Kong on the ferry. Enquired about possibility to book a cab the night before or to hail one at the airport. The hotel staff's response was that I have to try and get one 1.5 hours before since it would depend on whether there are any passing cabs! My ferry time was 6am. I was up at 4am left hotel at 4.30am and there was cabs sitting right outside the hotel waiting for any early departure guests. According to the cabby, there are usually cabs right outside for early guests like myself, so even a 5am or 5.15am cab ride would suffice for a 6am departure! Pathetic support and knowledge.

the price is worth, but the traffic to the city centers are not very convenient.Hotel shuttle is available but the schedule not so frequent.

Hotel is very convenient area. very easy accessible from airport and can take free buses rides provided by casinos

The location of this hotel is perfect especially for those who are traveling to Macau for the first time. It is situated right across the airport which is very accessible and convenient because you will only need to cross the road after you exit from the airport and you'll reached the lobby of the hotel. For those who arrive at Macau using the Ferry just like I did, buses that pass by the airport are readily available.

The porter service is terrible, they are suppose to offer to carry luggage but this certain man did not do so when we wanted to store our luggage. The breakfast that was said to be included in the hotel reservation, was terrible. The food look and taste dull, very little variety to choose.

The hotel is normal

Just in front of the departure area of the airport. Getting a cab during late nights is quite hard tho, and make sure you have local coins for the public busses. And there's no 24hr convenience store nearby too. The K store inside the airport is open until 11pm only.

Great Choice. Right ac cross road from airport. Can take Shuttles to major Hotels from airport, then from Major Hotels, shuttle to Main Ferry (to HK). In front of ferry terminal you can buy a hop-on-hop-off tour (MOP150). That takes you everywhere.We are not major gamblers. We stayed 3 nights. lots of time to get around and see the sights.You can also buy ferry tickets to HK, and Macau Tours in the arrival area of the airport. The Hotel itself is an excellent choice. Clean, friendly staff, and nice clean rooms. Complement y Breakfast was excellent. Not much food in this area, but across street in airport MacDonald, and a great noodle bar.Lots of food in the "City of Dreams" area(take airport shuttle). Would stay again.

The hotel is very airport friendly...They need to clean the carpets & table linens....
