It's in a very good location. Near enough to the city centre, but not right in the middle. The apartment is spacious.

The apartment looked clean at first glance. The beds were comfortable and bedding very nice. The floors were clean, surfaces were cleaned, bath, toilet and basins were clean. However, there was mould in the grouting between the tiles in the bathroom. We sprayed it ourselves with the mould cleaner in the cupboard. The walls, doors, frames and skirting boards need painting to freshen them up. However, just with a good wash they will already look heaps better as there are marks on them and some dirty spots. The floors need a good clean in places as well, not just a quick mop.

From outside seemed Ok

With my first interaction with management, I felt like a third class citizen because I had booked through a third party. The manager was rude every time I spoke to him. Had an issue the first night when the power went out. Rang them and was told that nothing could be done until the morning. Turned out it was the fridge that tripped the circuit breaker. They replaced the fridge with one that looked older and more dilapidated than the one originally there. we decided that we did not want to run the risk of any more electrical issues and moved elsewhere.
