City Plaza Apartments

We liked the detail, eg hooks for clothes, clock to check your time, clothes airer and washer dryer and dishwasher.

It was a small second bedroom but we could put the suitcase under the bed

Apartment was a good size. Pool nice.

Was very disturbed to have incredibly loud( electric tile cutter ) tradesmen right outside the door at 7.30 am. I booked this place away from the city centre hoping for a peaceful sleep in..grrrr. If I had known there were renovations happening I would have booked somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Good location for the property easy access and accessibility to the keys nice furnishing inside the apartment spacious and roomy, beautiful balcony

What I did not like about the property was the swimming pool spa was not heated. I know it’s still hot out when you come back from some activities you’d like to soak in some hot water and the spa was not available for that.

The afterhours check in with a code to the door was great, and a secured complex with parking.

The aircons in the room were too loud to sleep on with. Kids were swimming in the pool at 2:30am. The floors were also sticky and not mopped with a clean mop, also the blanket in the cupboard was old and like something from your grandmothers in the 80's so only had a sheet.

Customer service is poor!!
