No comments - so far so good. Because i come to your hotel many times but I don't get any discount is be sad , if possible can get ?
Noisy night and early morning board casting prayer cannot sleep well .but the spa and massage was good
First of all, booking through Expedia with option : 1. Pay Now but can not cancel later > more cheaper 2. Pay Later but can cancel at later > more expensive Choose option 2 for 05 rooms, but later credit card statement arrived and stated payment done. Called up Expedia,but were told not deducted yet, but in fact my statement said done. Reached hotel at 1300hrs, told payment all collected (as i said earlier), only one room are ready, the rest had to wait till 1500hrs. Earlier booking time already requested for queen bed and smoking room, ended up with twin single bed and non smoking room. Staff not bother to explain at all. Few times staying here, same story. End of this hotel for me.
Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay although it was only for one night.The only downside was the drain facing rooms, it had an unpleasant smell to bear.
Hotel is close to main road. Can be quite noisy. Staffs are very friendly and polite.
Breakfast not up to expectation. Room too dim. Other than these 2 items, hotel is comfortable; near eating places, staff friendly and can speak English.
