Nicely presented and clean

Good value, clean and comfortable rooms with a great view.

The photos must be ten years old, as the current condition of the Architecture is dated and worn. The pool and spas in particular are so disappointing that we didn't go in at all. The private Spa is not private at all and the cheek of asking $250 for two hours inc a bot($20 prosecco and basic cheeses) on top of a $411 stay is a rip off. The water view Balcony is not worth paying more for.

The property was not great, no room service, tap was broken, expired milk. Terrible apartment condition and terrible service.

The property was only average, it was peak time yet reception was only open from 10am - 4pm. An envelope waiting when arrived, with key and map. When paying $440 a night for a studio I expected better. Menu was very limited, most items on menu unavailable. No TV or wifi on, had to wait for gardener to appear to fix. Sick and tired hearing "because of covid" If you have limited offering then at least discount rooms, to reflect the 'limited" everything.

The resort by itself is a comfortable and relax accomodation with good environment. However, the service is not too good both room cleanliness (only change bath towels but not others) and breakfast staff were very slow and may need to wait for more than 10 min to take order.

Location was good and good to have a busstop right outside, The Receptionist very helpful with directions on getting to the resort from the Ferry Terminal and Barstaff were very warm and friendly😊

had a family emergency so couldnt stay - the no refund policy is painful like that

We really loved the views and location on the property. It was cold on the island at night and extra blankets in the room would have been great.
