Having emailed several times asking for a review your last email said you would not ask again. You just did! That is why it was only passable.

Clean, large room.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom...

The bed was comfortable.

The rooms are dated and overpriced. The staff at the reception could be more friendly and communicative.

Air-condition is very very old, carpet is very old and you can smell the dust.

I return to Cresta Botsalo year on year during my work visit to this area and hope to come back again
