Staff

There was too much noise in the hotel and disturbed our sleeping time and the fact that parking is not reserved for residence is a problem. Bedding did not seem very clean.

"Good place to stay"

Good Location, facilities good,

They lack communication. I requested early check in 10-11am, through Booking.com they replied saying my request was approved. when I went there they were asking "WHO AGREED, CHECKING TIME ONLY 2PM" Next day check out time was 11am, we came back to hotel around 11.15 and asked the reception whether I can take extra 2 hours so that my kids can swim, he said YES. around 1pm the manager call and said that the reception not agreed and its not allowed. Clearly they lack communication
