Kayla was awesome and very helpful good at giving direction and helping with other bits and pieces

Not enough towels as I was there for a week and only had 3 towels toilet paper as well 2 rolls for the week is not enough but eventually called for some and received some from the team

Bed was comfortable. Views were amazing. It was nice and quiet.

It's quite dated, kitchen light didn't work, aircon didn't work properly, there was no bath mat, shower had poor water pressure and very difficult to adjust temperature. Toilet didn't flush well. Needs curtains in kitchen to stop morning light coming through. For what we paid, we could have got something closer to cavil ave that was in better condition.

the view is to die for! the location was spot on, loved the pool and spa. enjoyed a game of pool with my kids.

the elevator is a little slow, which was making us a bit nervous, but did eventually paced us for the fun filled holidays. so did not bother us too much.

My experience has been terrible and disgusted throught the stay. The room smelled oily. The carper was greasy. There cockroaches from everywhere. I had terrible sleep due this. This is a very wrong representation of the property. The photo showed in the advertisement is so clean and nice where as the room was quite the opposite of it. When I complained of cockroachea to receptionist she told we do it evey 3 months and there is nothing they can do right now. I had sleepless nights because of the fear of cockroaches and the smell in the lobby and the room. ChatGPT said: Certainly.
