"Good location with nice views. Room for big improvement with servicing rooms."

Location was good and nice views from balcony of the beach and canal. Close to great public transport.

No clean towels or bed sheets in a one week stay. Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night (3rd time in 3 weeks according to residents). Reception closed upon arrival despite arriving during supposed opening hours. Nowhere to leave luggage in lobby. No outdoor furniture on balcony.

Great location, good parking, amazing view,lady was friendly and lovely. Great pool and outdoor area

Room wasn’t clean, was mould and dust in room, bugs climbing over towels in bathroom ,curtains wouldn’t close properly due to being broken very dated needs some tlc,. only got 1 towel each for the week. Had to pay for the wifi, extra towels etc. Guy wasn’t happy when we asked for extra toilet paper. Check-in after hours wasn’t the easiest to follow Wasn’t aware it was also a residential place, most of the people were nice.

it is well located in regards to Caville ave.

The apartment is a bit rundown. needs new carpets and a paint job.

Location is great! Directly opposite the beach and a nice walk in to the heart of Surfers Paradise

The Apartment really nees a "deep clean" ... even the carpets felt "sticky". All plates etc. were 'grubby / sticky', a number of items were chipped and old. Only one water glass! ALL windows were terribly dirty ... seriously obtructing the views.
