Ocean View, Non stop wind in the balcony..

overall cleanliness particularly Kitchen utensils cleanliness. Washroom sliding door is in terrible condition. Lobby area outside apartment was stinking with strong smell of smoking and moisture. Interior is quite old and in poor condition.

- great location, close to beach and tram stop. - secure parking - pleasant pool and hot tub - gym and games area - friendly and helpful staff - wonderful balcony views (we were on 11th floor)

- showing signs of neglect, more so than on our previous stay a year ago - room was tired, and rather unloved - bed frame was broken, although this was replaced when we mentioned it.

Location was good. Gym, Sauna, steam room and pool facilities were good.

The cleanliness was very poor, dusty, mouldy.

Parking gate needs to be opened from outside everytime we come or go out of the property.. Kitchen utensils were stained and dirty. No dishwashing taets in dishwasher. No extra bin liners. Kettle was old and discoloured from inside which may cause health issues.extra bedding was very uncomfortable. Found ants in kitchen. No cleaning proves in 5 nights stay. Sopas and towels were replaced on 5th day of stay after requesting for multiple times. Room was combusted and the bathroom was extremely small and the shower area was not big enough for an adult bath. Cloth liner was wobbly and broken. Iron table was dirty and stained

Location was good and nice views from balcony of the beach and canal. Close to great public transport.

No clean towels or bed sheets in a one week stay. Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night (3rd time in 3 weeks according to residents). Reception closed upon arrival despite arriving during supposed opening hours. Nowhere to leave luggage in lobby. No outdoor furniture on balcony.
