Just the location, ocean view and little closer to surfers paradise.

Room is dirty, full of dust and flies and bugs coming out if the sink, I could not use the couch and chairs as they are dirty, the glass windows are dirty, stain on the bed sheet and towels, the balcony flooring is leaning towards the edges and has diagonal cracks which are potential hazards-unsafe to use, kitchen sink and fridge are dirty, toaster is dirty and rusty that should be thrown away, carpet is so dirty and has many stains, so hot on the hallway and lift, tennis court is too dirty and not maintained, lift is too slow slow and old so uncomofortable to use

Location 2min walk to light rail and surf beach. Price affordable. Balconies on rooms. Had a view of river and beach.

Our room was semi renovated, but the whole building is in need of a upgrade.

Great location, spacious apartment, convenient laundry facilities.

Not a whole lot, could have used a bit more shampoo and toilet roll.

Definitely was not what the pictures were online. The foyers had a very strong smell. Kitchen floor was disgusting, had to wear our shoes. Microwave was dirty. There was no window covering in the bathroom so we had to wait til night time to shower. We even put a sheet on the lounge as we didn’t feel like it was clean to sit on. The tv stopped working on our last day there also.

The view and location were exceptional

The room was clean but very tired. All the bathroom fixtures fell off... towel, hand towel and toilet roll holder
