Equinox Resort

It was close to my conference ( across the road), it was reasonable in pricing. It had great veiws. There were food places very close. I enjoyed the spa pool. The weather wasn't great but that's not the property's fault. The staff were lovely. The room was spacious. Clothes washing and drying available.

Aircon didn't work. It was noisy with traffic. I come from a very quiet place. I still slept really well though.

The unit was not very clean and kitchen appliances very dated. The duvet had a food stain on it and was bundled into the cupboard

Good location

Dirty, felt unsafe at times, needs a renovation

Location was great for me, out of the way enough to be quiet but still within walking distance of all the main shops, cafes of Surfers Paradise.

Room was spacious but poor from a quality point of view. Very dated and needs some maintenance to bring it up to standard. Kitchen and bathroom were not good. Random fire alarm in the middle of the night meaning we all had to evacuate the building wasn't the best either!

The room had great views and was reasonably comfortable .

The drain on the bathroom floor was broken and dangerous if stepped in needs immediate attention . Would prefer the lounges a bit higher as being aged it is extremely difficult to get up when seated , even one higher lounge chair would suffice.
