The location is great, just a few steps to SunWorld, walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is quiet and has restaurants and their food is great. The staffs are kind, ver responsive to inquiries. The room and toilet is spacious and clean.

The towel provided smells and seems not cleaned well, the bed sheets , the blanket and pillows smells bad too.

Staff were exceptional. Location was just perfect. Restaurant served good food and drinks. Loved having the balcony looking down the street to Sapa, I felt high in the clouds and when the clouds sweep in and by so fast it was lovely sat on the balcony!

Came back on the third night and the room smelt a little drainy (drains)..... it needs to be said it had rained for nearly 48hrs solid. A hole (gap) in the bathroom doorframe / floor which i had to fill with toilet roll (just to prevent any little pesky creatures). Funny thing was, i had to refill 1/2 of it every 24hrs....... really odd.... where did the other half keep going? Don't let this put you off; the hotel was amazing and I would 100% stay again 🙂
