Sapa Elegance Hotel

Great location, lovely rooms and lovely staff :)

Apart from the location nothing else to comment about this place.

Multiple things - cot was creaking, toilet door was not closing, dusty etc

The staff was really nice and the room was spacious, and we could do early check-in

The bathroom isn’t very sound proof

The location of the property was ideal. Short walk to the tourist strip. Photos posted matched what we saw in reality. Rooms were clean and comfortable

There is a short not so steep walk to the property from the main street. Not ideal for elderly people or with walking problems. Every morning when you step out of your room you can smell what they are preparing in the restaurant. Not really a problem if you don’t have a sensitivity to strong odors

Excellent stay from start to finish, we stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Taste of Vietnam restaurant—which was so good we ended up eating there twice (something we almost never do). The reception staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They answered all our questions and even helped accommodate a special food request for my wife that wasn’t on the menu, which we really appreciated. Our room was spacious with a nice view, a great bathroom, and a strong A/C system—perfect for staying comfortable. The hotel also offers quick and efficient laundry service, which we used and were very satisfied with. The location is another big plus, with a mini market nearby and an ATM just a short walk away. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with the staff, room, and services. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The wifi signal was very inconsistent, making sure this is good would take it over the top.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, einerseits ruhig, anderseits ist man in 3 Fussminuten an der Bahn zum Fansipan oder bei allen Läden und Restaurants.

Obwohl 6 Monate vorher gebucht, war nur der Raum 302 frei, der keinen Balkon hat, stattdessen eine allen zugängliche Terrasse, auf die man selbst durch das Fenster steigen müsste, also alles unsicher. Nach einer Nacht könnten wir in ein Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon wechseln. Die Ausstattung ist alt, Schimmel im Bad, bei dem das Wasser in der Dusche nicht richtig abläuft, dafür muss man beim Duschen aufpassen, dass man sich nicht verbrüht.
