Hotel Santika Bogor

The included buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful.

The bathroom was run down. There was no iron and ironing board in the room

Clean rooms, nice breakfast spreads, great locations to shop and find local foodies. Helpful and friendly staffs.

The room is not brightly lit.. I'm not complaining much but as you age like a fine wine, we need more light to see around..😆 , the tv/remote intermittently off and on ..yes we call for hotel help, it was done, but the next day the tv couldn't be on back 😅.

Keep up, spa is so good

The standards are above the images and the stars announced. Room wasn’t available until 5pm, cleaned in rush… the air conditioning is old and it leaks, rooms aren’t sound proof… terrible experience. You can find better and cheaper.

Best stop ever in Bogor! Super nice services from Front Office, so friendly and really know what I'm wanting and they filled fully perfect. Neat and clean room, the facilities also quite good.. The area is the mall and easy to find stuff you're looking for. Amazing hotel! Cheers

the room was very clean, the food taste nice, i love the hotel place bcs near the mall. staff was so very friendly and helpful, i love staying here because this hotel feel like home, and had a warm vibes.. thank you for the services and all the best you've gave to us while we had stay there.
