Hotel with a great location, the staffs were really friendly and helpfull, the breakfast was so good especially jamu kunyit, sup ikan, Swimming pool too much chlorine, bit sting on eyes Thank you

We got a free upgrade to the suite as we arrived very late. Staff was nice and love the access to the mall.

There was a smell coming coming from outside to the hallways of the hotel near the lifts. Perhaps they need to block air coming from outside.

1. no aircon in pubic area, too hot, this cost saving may be expected at periods of low occupancy but not when the hotel is fully booked. 2. the lifts are slow and passenger capacity is very limited 3. very limited tv channels offered

we love the location in the central part of Bogor, and easily accessed from some city icons. Its attachment to a big mall makes it easy to get some food, groceries and everything. The staff is nice and helpful.

"Clean and Spotless Bedroom"

My expectation was not high and that made me surprise to find this hotel clean and fresh. Simplicity in term of decoration but this makes it easy to maintain. The Front Desk Lady was friendly and smile genuinely and offered to become a member. The room was clean and I did not sneeze. The bathroom was also spotless. The only think I would Santika to improve is the taste of the breakfast food. Do not focus on the quantity but work on the quality. Many business guests do not eat so much anymore these days. Unless those who are on vacation and families

We enjoy our stay in the suite room very spacious and clean. Breakfast was superb with a lot of varieties. Location 👍🏻👍🏻 Staff all are excellent 👍🏻

The Spa experienced could have been better The masseuse not match our standard
