The Location near with Kebon Raya Bogor and integrated with shopping mall

We got near with the lift hotel, and inside our room we always hear noise sound every time and it is very disturbing our comfortable. And the AC in my room is shout down automatically around every 15 minute and We alreday complain 2x time and the result is same ( from my opinion, the AC is broken actually).

​I recently had a wonderful staycation at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were all very polite and professional. I was also highly impressed by the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious Indonesian food. Everything tasted amazing.
