"Its was a sub-par"

The area was great we were there to shop and the hotel was right there in the mall parking lot.

We had issues at night with the guests across the hall letting their kids run up and down the halls and banging on doors from 10:30 at night until almost 1am. I called down to the desk and the man said he would come up and take care of the situation and he never did. We had a baby in our room that was kept up because of that. Also, took our baby to the pool and it was so cold that we couldn't take him in the water. There was also a group of kids(6) of them that were being so rough in there that no one could enjoy there time in the pool. When I mentioned it to the front desk they did nothing. The kids were in there alone with no parent and the oldest one was maybe 10 years old.

"Overall, good stay."

Stayed one night. Spacious rooms, clean hotel, soft beds, and pillows. The water pressure was good. Free parking and free hot breakfast. Had issues with key card to get into the room and couldn't open the door. I had to go to the lobby several times, whereas I would have given this a higher rating. Many stores and restaurants around. Only a few miles from Pine Knob Amphitheater.
