Convenient location to Great Lakes Crossing, nice breakfast, staff was so friendly! My only complaint was someone in the laundry area around 3am listening to their phone very loudly.

"Stayed one night to go to a concert and it was perfect!"

We All enjoyed the breakfast, the Food didn't taste like it had been frozen. The lady who was working the buffet was very Good and made sure everything was fresh and clean! Even the coffee was pretty good!

Wish they had a hot tub.

Very positive experience! The outside was clean, the lobby was clean and smelled very nice. Always fresh coffee. Breakfast had good choices and the quality was great. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was also very nice.

"It was ok. I’ve had worse and I’ve had better"

Very clean and employees are very nice and attentive.

BEDS ARE SO STIFF THAT KTS LIKE SLEEPING ON A BOARD. My back hurt so bad the next morning . Not that it was a big deal but a coat hangar was broken when we arrived to our room and part of the shower curtain rod was broke
