Estuve la noche del 10 al 11 de agosto 2021. En general la estancia fue bien aunque las instalaciones un poco anticuadas. Mi queja es porque me dejé ropa en la habitación (el camisón y una bolsa con toda mi ropa interior). El mismo día 11 por la noche llamamos a preguntar, nos pidieron que llamáramos al día siguiente para hablar con la gobernanta. El día 12 llamamos al menos en 5 ocasiones y no sabían nada, nos pedían que llamáramos media hora más tarde pero sin resultado. Al final dijeron que no llamáramos más, que ellos nos contactarían cuando supieran algo. Llamaron a mediodía diciendo que allí no habían encontrado nada y ya está. Eso es imposible, sé perfectamente _por el tipo de prendas que eran_ que me las dejé allí. Supongo que se lo habrá quedado la limpiadora de turno o que simplemente no han querido tomarse la molestia de enviármelo (yo pensaba pagar el coste de envío). Sólo era el segundo de mis 15 días de vacaciones y he tenido que comprarme ropa nueva. Me parece muy mal la respuesta y la gestión. Ana PM
