Die Lage des Hotels war gut.

Mini Bar im Hotel musste bezahlt werden, wenn etwas entnommen wurde. War noch bei keinem anderen Hotel in China der Fall.

The staff went out of their way to be as helpful as possible despite a yawning chasm of a language barrier. Duty manager Shirley was a breath of fresh air and super helpful...when the restaurant, did not have promised vegetarian options, she arranged pizza delivery for us. ❤️ Free, self service laundry was great and breakfast ample.

Superficial glitz, but lacking promised facilities. Room service was not available at advertised times and many items were not on the menu...we arrived late and went hungry. Both saunas were out of service and the basement pool depressing.

Reception, rooms and breakfasts were perfect
