We were happy with our stay overall. The room looks a bit outdated, but it’s well maintained and clean. Comparing to other Chinese local chain hotels, the quality of the room and service is much better, especially the breakfast, it had many varieties for both Chinese and Western styles, very good breakfast! The location is great, just right by the subway entrance. The 3 stars for the service is for the front desk staffs. They didn’t seem being well trained, looked cold and were not forthcoming, should have some smiles on the face at least.

It's very pleasant to enjoy facilities of this accommodation that comfort my stay despite only one night stay. It's 24/7 fitness center and indoor heated swimming pool. The room is spacious, equipped with safebox, free 2 bottles of water. Transparent wall of bathroom with blackout curtain make atmosphere sexy/romantic for couples. Buffet breakfast is serve on lobby level with wide varieties of healthy and yummy food.

"Apart from a small hiccup, we had a pleasant stay overall."

Room was clean with complete set of amenities.

We booked a room for 3 adults as we’re a family of 3 staying together. However, the bed (which was supposed to be a large king bed) turned out to be really small (comparable to a queen sized bed by international standards). As it was too small for us, we highlighted to the hotel manager. However, his service demanded improvement as he did not speak in a good tone. He also offered to give us a complimentary fruit platter but never delivered it. To be honest, we do not care about the fruit platter, but the fact that he did not fulfill his own promise is an indicator of a lack of sincerity towards his guests, which is very disappointing indeed.
