Breakfast was good Rooms large Shuttle service to and from beach was good but would be better if stayed on later for evening transport Swim up room good

Room was a little unclean. Hair in shower and bath on arrival

We stayed here for Xmas and new year. Lovely hotel, great buffet breakfast every day. The staff were excellent and the rooms were cleaned every day aswell Would definitely recommend

Very rude staff on exit accusing us of stealing hand towels then charging us for them. We obliged to pay due to the fact this was making us late for transfer as this altercation lasted over half an hour. During this multiple other guests were being delayed as they were trying to hand over room keys. clearly poorly run.Multiple Staff were rude throughout our stay especially during breakfast huffing and puffing to the littlest requests. Would not recommend.

The staff is very kind, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and changes daily. The variety of dishes is also great. The pool area is also very nice. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here.

We travelled all of Thailand this hotel was our last stop the staff are not that friendly and have very little English to help. I paid before arrival and they tried to charge me again at check in ( which is ok mistakes happen) they also did the say to my friend but she did not realise they had already took money from her card. When she realised we had already left so she rang them to sort it out they did not help at all she sent an email and still has got no reply so be very careful if you book in here they will try charge you again at check in The pool was absolutely freezing also

This is my second stay this year. I cannot say one negative thing . Thank you to all the staff for making my stay the best. The staff from the porters, reception staff, and cleaners are the best. Nothing is too much trouble . The place is kept spotless and there is a great team ethos to be able to do this. Room serviced every day with clean towels, beach towels, flip flips and robes for room, excellent air conditioning, good TV service and very spacious rooms with comfy bed and free breakfast . Good pool and free shuttle to beach with free parking at hotel. Will definitely be back and will bring more friends. Thank you
