The breakfast was great and it was different everyday. The location was great in Karong. The pool was fantastic.

Inter leading doors between rooms & rooms soundproofing is very poor… One can easily hear rooms next door

Everything was excellent and the food was fresh and cooked on the spot. The fruit was great, and the rest of the buffet was also very good. The bed was huge, the windows were soundproof, and the room was cleaned very thoroughly. The staff at the reception were very kind and helped us a lot.

The pool bar was closed. I would have happily had a few drinks if it had been open. I don't think the property has any negative aspects to complain about.

Spacious rooms, 24 hour reception. Safe in room worked. Quiet hotel.

Location is on a hill, not much around. If you have walking difficulties i wouldn’t recommend .

On arrival the hotel looked lovely, our room was very clean & spacious with what appeared to be a super king size bed, large bathroom with separate bath & shower. What is misleading is the photos used on their website to what you actually get. It’s my belief that the photos date back to when the hotel was originally opened. The pictures of our room were accurate if you exclude the red coloured runners on the beds, towel displays & flowers. The beds are very firm & we found them painfull to sleep on. The pool bar didn’t open until midday, it lacked atmosphere as there was no background music, the drinks were basic & they didn’t sell snacks/ice cream etc. The sunbeds were basic black beds with no padding, approx 20 beds in total & 6 parasol for a hotel that has 152 rooms. However, beds were always available as no one really used it. (Probably due to lack of facilities). The main restaurant on the roof top was closed for renovation but this was not disclosed at the time of booking. The breakfast had a lot of choice but the hot food was cold. The downstairs restaurant tables were never dressed with tablecloths on an evening as seen in website photos & very few guests dined there. All staff had limited to very little English language. The reception staff always had a smile but the others serving breakfast or working the pool bar very rarely smiled, made eye contact or interacted & appeared very miserable in their roles. During our 14 night stay we didn’t come across any other English residents & the majority of nationals appeared to be Russians. This hotel may have been a 4* originally but I would only give it a 2* in its present condition. Probably an ideal short stay hotel but not a great place for a 7/14 night holiday. ***I have added photos from website to photos taken 27/03/2025 for comparison****

You front staff are rude and helpful and don’t smile . This hotel is disappointing as if gives Thailand a very bad name . I will be telling everyone I meet how bad the food and service was . You should be very disappointed. Also only one pillow each the bed was sooo hard that it felt like I was sleeping on the ground
