Greenhills Elan Hotel Modern - Newly Renovated

Newly renovated rooms are nice! Very cozy and good ambiance! The Deluxe room is also spacious. Housekeeping is also responsive to the needs. Hotel location is near Greenhills Shopping center which is a plus! Will definitely be back again!

We checked in on March 27 and stayed until April 1, 2024. Our first room was a complete disaster since three cockroaches were hiding when we open the cupboard to take a look at our belongings. We reported this to the front of the house, but they said they would simply call pest control, but no one did. The next day, we moved to a 37-floor apartment with two rooms since my parents would be staying with us. The first room was spacious and well-ventilated, but our room was completely broken; there was no air conditioning, there were cockroaches, and the keys didn't work plus phone is not working to call room service or reception. It was really frustrating since, despite paying and abiding by the hotel's guidelines, we were still having these kinds of uncomfortable experiences. The hotel appears to require a general restoration and cleaning, the carpet is heavily soiled, the air conditioning system smells awful, the pool is filthy, the tables and chairs are worn out and dusty, and the gym is very odorous. Despite the terrible quality of the hotel, the staff was accommodating and kind and the location is perfect.

Love it’s location ; staff are their greatest asset . They were very polite and helpful ; nothing was too much for them .

No bedside lamp that you could just reach out from your bed in the middle of the night . Ramp for guests with mobility issues could be improved .

We stayed here before our trip to Boracay. I liked the proximity to Greenhills shopping center. The rooms does not come with breakfast so felt that you are on your own, no restaurant that offers ala carte. Just the buffet at the lobby level. The room is a old and the carpet feels dirty. The bed is just okay, towels are old and the cr needs more thorough clean up (checked in with a fly inside the cr). Though the staff are nice. Just did not get the name of the housekeeping and front desk staff. Recommended? Okay, if you are on a budget. Location is good since you are near the restaurants and other stores.

Maybe start considering to remove the word Modern in ur hotel. The only good with this hotel is the location. Terrible stay here almost ruined our 7th Anniversary celebration. They will charge you for parking ₱600+ For overnight, first time to encounter a hotel that does that. And the way the security guard on duty that night as well as the front office receptionist is rude to explain it to us. Room is spacious but AC is too loud causing for me to wake up several times. Toilet is not to clean as well as the bathtub. Pool is just nice in the picture, cloudy water already seemed not clean for how many days already. All in all not a pleasant stay, and will not recommend to friends

We got free upgrades!!!!!!!! Yey! Prior to the stay, the front desk staff were very accommodating to my midnight queries. Upon checking in, you don’t need to wait sooo long for your room. The location of the hotel is very good, easy access to malls and the music museum !

The staff are helpful and generous to give a room upgrade. View of the city from the room is amazing. The hotel is also near malls, restaurants and banks. Perfect place if you want to watch something at the Music Museum or just want to have a home away from home.
