Dirty and stinky and staff needs more training

Our room on the 5th floor was supposed to be a renovated room with a walk-in shower. But the shower was a bath tub style with the paint cracking and peeling off. Stayed for 5 nights and all 5 nights, no one at the front desk answered the phone. I had to walk down to the lobby and speak with the receptionist to make my requests. Made a complaint about her not answering the phone, and she just smiled and said, ‘ay, sorry po’ as if it was a normal occurrence. No hand towels, No face towels. Only bath towels. Soap was just diluted weak soap - so bring your own. Stay for the location - it is right across from Greenhills Shopping Center. But don’t expect a lot of services since they operate very lean. Their housekeeping staff is also their bell services people, and their front desk is not reachable 80% of the time.

Malaki ang room namin at matic po maglinis every morning sa room pra mgchange din ng mga towels. The staff are kind and accomodating. Masarap din ang foods for 5days na stay namin. Maganda rin ang view sa labas looking in the window sa room namin.

The rooms are spacious and clean, offering all the necessary amenities, including comfortable beds and modern bathrooms with hot showers and a bidet. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi provide a relaxing space with stunning city views, which is a highlight for many guests. Additionally, the location near Greenhills Shopping Center is highly convenient for shopping and dining
