Good location, excellent service from the hotel staff Rifqi, Jovita & Siswandi. many times me & family stayed there. Good experience!

Very endearing. I have long history with it, since the day they opened in 1989. The facilities have aged with time, and their positioning in the market is middle class, so not the ‘shiny’ type. Including the variety and quality of the fnb. But the whole atmosphere is very warm n welcoming. And the care and service to me was exceptional as they took the EXTRA miles to help me get my left behind valuables back in the shortest time imaginable when I am already out of Bandung. Even better than the benchmark Singapore Airlines.

Can use a rejuvenation effort on their MEP systems

Sarapannya baik, sesuai dengan ekpektasi saya. Lokasi Hotelsangat mendukung karena kegiatan saya sekitar Jl. Merdeka, tidak jauh dari Hotel, dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan santai

Saya masuk Hotel sekitar pukul 19.00 WIB, dan checked-out te next day di pagi hari pkl 08.15 WIB. Tidak banyak yang saya alami dalam waktu singkat tersebut.

Lokasi dkt mall,hotelnya nyaman.

Buffet makan malamnya kemahalan dgn variasi makanan yg sangat minimalis.

A strategic location but too noisy at night.

They should renovate the room and not soundproof at all, bedsheets and towel were outdated, breakfast was so-so.
