Locatie was goed. Vlakbij een mall, restaurant, enz. Vriendelijke personeel. Ontbijtbuffet had een ruime keuze.

Naast het hotel was een helipad. Als je nog sliep leek het net alsof je onder een vliegtuig lag.

Excellent service within our stay here! The staff is friendly,helpful, sincere. We love the Pizza! Rich topping and tasty. Room is spacious and clean. Thank you for all the staff of Pandan Wangi Restaurant especially teh Azizah, Pak Sukanda, Chef Oza, Kang Dimas, Teh Chelsea and room service staff too. We love to staying here, hope be back soon.

I have stay in other santika hotel, this one have the nicest location . located at city center you can find many shop, restaurant, business center and park .the hotel is nice, service is good and breakfast is fair with plenty of food.
