Gefallen hat mir nur die Lage da es nah an der U-Bahn liegt.

Dreckig, sowas habe ich schon lange nicht gesehen. Personal spricht wenig deutsch was ich echt traurig finde.

Der Self Check in am Terminal hat nicht funktioniert. Die Aussage war das Terminal sei schon den ganzen Tag nicht voll einsatzfähig. So konnten wir die Hälfte selbst machen und die andere Hälfte lief über das Personal.. Hat viel Zeit gekostet. Man hätte ein Schild "out of order" dran machen können.

Das uns bei Booking.com nicht gesagt wurde, dass das eine Jugendherberge (Hostel) war. Es war sehr laut, da sehr viel Schüler vorhanden waren, das Zimmer war unzumutbar, keine Reinigung, äußerst schlechte Matratzen, kaputte Duschtüre, kein Kasten, kein Fernsehprogramm, trotz mehrmaliger Bitte um Reparatur. Frühstück war eher dürftig, man konnte, in der Bar, nicht in Ruhe etwas trinken, weil man sein eigenes Wort nicht verstand. Wir brauchen keinen Luxus, aber ein annehmbares Zimmer für ältere Leute. Haben uns auch schon bei Booking.com telefonisch beschwert.

Geringe Entfernung zum ÖV. Eine sehr preiswerte Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip. Spartanische aber zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Beliebt bei Gruppen, z. B. Klassenfahrten.

Deutlicher Renovierungsbedarf, sehr deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Ungemütlicher Frühstücksraum im Untergeschoss.

Freundliches Personal Sauber Super Lobby (mit Bar und diversen Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung, ebenso Automaten mit Getränken, süsswaren und ähnliches. Als auch für "vergessliche" Gäste ;-) kosmetische und technische Kleinigkeiten)

Nix zu beanstanden. Ausser vielleicht eine kleine Anmerkung Im Gepäckraum benötigt man ein Vorhängeschloss. Wäre schön, wenn man dieses gegen Pfand vielleicht, ausleihen könnte. Denn ein Vorhängeschloss hat ja kaum einer im Reisegepäck ;-)
